Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned."
- Consultation services involve our coaching team's time and expertise, which is reserved exclusively for you the moment you book.
- All product details, deliverables, and inclusions are clearly disclosed on the respective product pages prior to checkout.
Rescheduling Your Consultation
While we do not offer refunds, we do allow rescheduling for paid consultation calls under the following conditions:
- Rescheduling Request: You may request to reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot by emailing support@bedroommastery.in or replying on WhatsApp.
- One Free Reschedule: Each customer is entitled to one free reschedule per booking.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation is considered delivered and is non-refundable. At our discretion, we may offer a goodwill reschedule.
Technical Issues or Cancellation by Our Team
If a scheduled consultation call cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our side or is cancelled by our team, we will reschedule your consultation to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
